YIPPEE SKIPPY! ("SKIPPY")
2002 Small Pony Gelding (12.1 1/2 hands)
Please inquire about pricing

You want your student to have this pony!   Watch video now.

Skippy is anyone's dream. He's a good mover, a good jumper, and totally uncomplicated to ride. He's an easy keeper. He's totally sound, and has NEVER seen the vet. He has an auto lead change and never needs a training ride. He's brave, yet quiet, and he's only seven years old! He has miles on the "A" circuit in the short stirrup and the children's ponies, but is still eligible green for 2010.

Skippy is trainer-owned, and is ridden by many different kids of all levels at home and at the horse shows. He teaches walking lessons at home, he can teach a small child how to post, several kids have learned how to canter on him, and he loves to teach them how to trot jumps for the first time! Skip has taken three kids to their first horse shows, and even did the green ponies at his first show ever just to fill the division, and jumped around great (though a bit green!). He has even gone and trotted all the jumps in the short stirrup with a five year-old girl. (Green status reinstated fall 2008.)

Want to send a young, timid, or bad riding kid to pony finals next year in the small greens? Skippy is the most reliable ticket around!
